Our 4th Annual Walk the Plank for SHIP is one wild and wacky fundraising campaign. This year, leading real estate professionals from throughout Frederick County become pirates for a day, as they work to raise funds and build support for SHIP’s coming Host Home program. Motivated to provide homeless youth with a stable, secure, safe and supportive place where they can work to complete their school studies and break the cycle they find themselves in, our pirate crew will do most anything to save themselves from having to walk the plank. Raising bail funds to offset this dreaded sentence will help pirates stay out of the “drink”, and help our local homeless youth in need by doing so.
Our campaign begins May 1st, and concludes June 1st with the trial of the century at The Temple, Paul Mitchell School in the Goddess Room in downtown Frederick. Tickets to attend the live studio event can be claimed at EventBrite.
